What's the cost ?

Due to the times and the rising cost of shipping, if your order is under £50 we will now be charging £4.95 for shipping for the UK and non-EU countries.

Shipping Charges to EU States only.

Due to the recent changes in the EU tax rules we now have to collect sales tax on each invoice for EU countries. 
Due to the way that our website operates in the UK and the rest of the world we cannot make the required changes so that sales tax is applied to individual sales as it will affect all invoices to every country in the world. 
We therefore have decided the best way is to have VAT paid on arrival to avoid higher shipping costs than are needed.

Most Pulse Gallery orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).

If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

We use Evri for all UK orders, Royal Mail for orders shipping to the EU/Ireland/Canada/Australia/New Zealand and FedEx for orders to the USA all these couriers come with tracked shipping and you will receive your tracking to your account as well as updates from the couriers themselves.

Please note that Royal Mail tracking will be updated a few days after the package has been marked as fulfilled as we do not get the tracking numbers immediately.

We are currently in the process of moving to DHL for all USA orders so we will no longer be creating any new FedEx tracking numbers. If you have an issue with your FedEx tracking we will still be able to help you so please email us at parker@pulse.gallery

When do you ship ?

In Stock Items

Confirmed orders for art that is in stock can take up to 7 days for us to process and ship due to the increased demand in art and pins. Please bear with us during this time.

 Art Pieces can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.

Shadow Stock & On Show Items

Shadow stock items are artworks that are held with our studio suppliers and brought in when we receive orders for them. Usually it takes about 10 to 21 days for us to receive artwork once we have requested it from the studio. Once the artwork arrives we check it, package it and ship it directly to you.

Occasionally our art might be out on show at other galleries or in exhibitions. If you order these pieces they have to be returned to us before we can ship your order. Usually this takes between 10 to 14 days for art to arrive back. Once the art is back we turn it around and ship it to you.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully trackable service that aims to deliver your product the within 2 - 3 days of despatch and requires a signature from you on delivery. 


Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided and you will need to sign for your package on delivery.


Royal Mail International Signed

International Signed shipments are tracked only up until they leave the UK and your package will need a signature from you on delivery.



Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be issued to you via email once your package has shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take a little time for a tracking number to become LIVE on the Royal Mail website so If your shipment cannot be found it does not mean it has not been sent. If you have any concerns please contact us.
