Which countries do you ship to?
We pretty much ship everywhere. You can see an extensive list of the countries we ship to on our shipping page.

What is the cost for shipping?
We want you to enjoy the art and collectibles at the same price wherever you are. However due to the times and the rising cost of shipping, if your order is under £50 we will now be charging £5.50 for shipping no matter where you are.
Most Pulse Gallery orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).
If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
We use FedEx or Evri for most orders which includes tracking and are the most economical for our customers both here in the UK and abroad.
PLEASE NOTE: We no longer ship to PO boxes due to issues with parcels going missing.

Are shipments tracked and insured?
All of our shipments are tracked. Depending on the service available for your country, you will be able to follow your package door to door, however some services only offer tracking until it leaves the UK. All of our deliveries require a signature and all are fully insured.

What does 'On Alert' Mean?
We are an art gallery that generally stocks limited edition art and pins. When the stock of a specific piece is running low, we then mark it as 'on alert' so that our collectors are aware that it is close to selling out.

What is a 'Retired/Sold Out Edition'?
A retired edition is an art piece that is no longer being produced and is typically sold out everywhere. When we have a retired edition, we usually only have a very limited number remaining.

What are AP/PP editions?
AP = Artist Proofs
PP = Printers Proofs
These editions are generally sent out to people involved in the pin or art-making process to ensure the design is correct and so that the regular edition can be approved. We released the AP/PP edition of our pins after collectors requested them as they are a much smaller edition size.
